Anushkaa & Vedang | A Love Story Set at Pushkara Resort, Rajasthan

For a long time, Anushkaa never imagined herself getting married, while Vedang had stopped believing in the idea of “meant to be.” Then, in May, a family friend introduced them — with Anushkaa in Munich and Vedang in New York, their story began with nothing more than a few casual conversations.

By June, Anushkaa had impulsively booked a flight to New York to meet him. They instantly hit it off. What followed was a month of conversations about their values, fears and the future, until being practical no longer made much sense. A month later, they were engaged.

Their first impressions couldn't have been more fitting — Anushkaa found Vedang hilarious, while he saw her as grounded. And their proposal was just as unexpected as their beginning. While wandering around Delhi, they stumbled upon an escape room and decided to take on the challenge of finding the Kohinoor. Little did Anushkaa know, Vedang had arranged for the final clue to lead to a poem — and the ring.

At the heart of it all is a simple understanding of each other’s needs. And as they begin this next chapter together at Pushkara Resort & Spa, their story is a lovely reminder that sometimes, the best things in life are the ones you never planned for.
