Shubhi & Soham - A Serendipitous Beginning, A Forever Ahead | Taj Lakefront, Bhopal
Shubhi and Soham’s story began in the most unexpected way — thousands of miles away from home, in the US, despite the fact that they lived just 20 kilometres apart in India. A simple table that Soham was trying to sell brought them to the same apartment, where Shubhi’s first impression of him was far from favourable. Soham, meanwhile, found her mysterious, quiet, and impossible not to notice. What started with a slightly awkward first meeting soon became a friendship, and eventually, something much deeper.
Their proposal was just as perfectly them. On a birthday trip to Hawaii, Shubhi thought they were heading to a yacht party and a photoshoot. Instead, after a bout of unexpected seasickness and a move to calmer waters, Soham found the perfect moment. While they were taking pictures on the deck, he surprised her with a heartfelt proposal. She cried, he danced, and just like that, another chapter of their story began.
What makes Shubhi and Soham special is the way they show up for each other — with empathy, care, patience, and an ability to find laughter in even the most ordinary moments. Whether life gets overwhelming or the day is completely uneventful, they know how to make it better simply by being together.
